HOW THE ULTIMATE PRIVATE PARTY DIFFERS FROM OTHER PRIVATE PARTIES:
The host couple or single does not have to share a photo for party promotion but can if they like.
Members that want to throw their hat into the ring must share a recent photo with me (along with other details) but I DO NOT share the photo with the host.
I personally do all the vetting based on what the private party hosts share with me as their dream guest list.
I also get a tour of the host’s home (in-person or via webcam) for parties over 15 guests 🙂
I feel this theme could have great potential for creating fabulous events for my members, filled with sexxxy guests seeking similar playmates.

Sexxxy couple seeks 20 – 40 guests for a private party consisting of couples & singles with a slightly greater than 2:1 male to female ratio. This gathering caters to couples & ladies that enjoy the company of single men.
Time: 8 pm-midnight (or extended till 12:30 am based on max attendance)
Area: Surrey, BC
Please note:
You must be able to arrive between 8 pm – 9 pm – ideally from 8 pm – 8:30 pm.
If you need to arrive just a wee bit later than 9 pm that may be OK but remember this is an intimate event of hand-picked guests, and as such we want all guests to arrive in the same time frame.
Do not apply unless you’re happy with anywhere from 20 – 40 guests based on a 2:1 or slightly higher ratio. Will likely be at least 30+. You are welcome to enquire what number of guests are expected at any time throughout the promotional period.

This event is being created for an attractive, straight, mid 40’s, height weight proportionate couple.

BE ADVISED: Not everyone that expresses interest will be welcomed to attend. If you receive a ‘no thank you’ it could be for a multitude of reasons, and most certainly, none of them have to do with you not being a fabuously sexxxy & desirable person or couple! The #1 reason for a decline would be not meeting the criteria. The #2 reason would likely be that in order to create a successful event, where a variety of guests is of utmost importance, the demographic you represent has already been filled. For example, we will welcome; some bald men, not all men attending can be bald, some bearded single men, not all single men can have facial hair, some petite blonde single ladies, not all single ladies can be petite & blonde, some couples aged 55+, not all can be 55+. Make sense? In some cases you may be asked if you want to join a short waitlist. In addition, I am simply a vetting agent for the host criteria so if you receive a ‘no thank you’ please don’t take it personally or hold it against me. Thank you!

Attach a recent head & torso photo, from at least the waist up, clothed in a way that shows your physique (no bulky clothes), no hats or dark glasses. DO NOT SEND CLOSE UP NUDES. Your RSVP MUST include a photo as it would take me forever to look your application photo up. The best photos are close to full length where your face/s can clearly be seen. They are for my eyes only. I use photos solely for the purpose of creating a well-rounded group of guests for the purpose of variety within the hosts criteria.

Here’s how it works:
I vet all expressions of interest based on the criteria above. If you get a yes, you’ll be informed and sent info on how to pay via e-transfer or you can request the discreet & secure credit card option. If you get a ‘no thanks’ you’ll be informed and invited to join us another time.
If you get a YES you are expected to donate in full ASAP, to secure your spot & show your commitment to attend. Your spot on the guest list is not guaranteed until payment is received.
Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If you RSVP but do not follow through, you MAY get one reminder however you will not be informed if spots sell out and you could get bumped to a waitlist. Be sure to donate at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment or contact me ASAP to let me know what date you will pay by.
If you get a yes and have a change of plans, please be courteous and send a note of cancellation.

Refund Policy:
A 50% refund will be given provided that cancellation notice is received 24 hours prior to the start time of the event. No-shows or cancellations received less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable. If the private party has to be cancelled for any reason, except for a force majeure event, a full refund will be given, within 7 days.
A confirmation email will be sent out on the Monday before the event members on the guest list. It will contain all the pertinent information required including the address, contact number, parking information, dress code reminder, what to bring, when to arrive, which way to enter the venue & more.

Up to a 4:1 male-to-female ratio, or greater, can be expected, based on the number of men the ladies want. All attending men have been vetted. Private parties are for couples or ladies seeking a minimum of 2 men to help ensure that at least 1 gentleman will be a good fit/attend when event night arrives.
I send you photos of applicants and you’re in complete control of who attends by saying ‘yes’ or ‘no’. Upon meeting at the venue all parties still have the right to say ‘no thank you’.
You can hold it in the suburb of your choice, in the venue of your choice (Airbnb, hotel room, suite, your home etc.,) and the gathering can go as long as you please plus you can spend the night (avoid a drive home after the fun) and can even opt to welcome any guests you choose to stay the night too.
I DO NOT attend this event unless it’s for a single lady. For security purposes I will need to be in attendance at any private party organized for a single lady unless she can ensure that a trusted male play partner will attend with her, and even then I’d like to be there at the start of the night to ensure he has shown up as planned. THIS PRIVATE PARTY CAN BE IN A VARIETY OF THEMES: MIX OF COUPLES & SINGLES, MULTIPLE MEN FOR THE LADIES, COUPLES ONLY, COUPLES & LADIES ONLY (SEE SINGLE LADY RULES BELOW), BI PARTY WELCOMING BI MEN &/OR BI COUPLES AND/OR BI SINGLE LADIES (SEE SINGLE LADY RULES BELOW) OR COUGARS & CUBS THEME OF YOUNGER MEN/OLDER WOMEN AND THEIR PARTNERS OF ANY AGE.

This private party theme is for couples, single ladies or single men seeking a minimum of 4 guests (as outlined above) & up to 19 guests. For over 19 guests refer to Option #3 below.

Having said that, if you want a gathering of all couples with a few single ladies, we can do that. Please be advised that I DO NOT organize single ladies as guests unless they are in addition to the the majority of guests that may be couples only or couples & single men, and even then, I can only try, there is no guarantee. The larger the private party the more likely there will be single ladies to attend, based on your guidelines. Again, I do not organize 1 or any number of single ladies for ladies, men or couples. If you want a gathering of under 20 guests or just single men, please refer to Private Party Options #1 & #2 above.
If you like, I am happy to be this event to help out and ensure the party gets off to a good start! There is no additional cost for my services for gatherings of 20 guests or more.
For security purposes, if a single lady is the host, I will need to be in attendance unless she can ensure that a trusted male play partner will attend with her, and even then I’d like to be there at the start of the night to ensure he has shown up as planned. Last night I enjoyed my first private party event ever! Kat did an amazing job organizing it!
